Every open rolls one item from the pool below, and the box runs a guarantee counter for the 8th Skill Box: it can drop at any open, but if you do not hit it within 200 opens the 201st open is a guaranteed 8th Skill Box. The counter resets the moment the 8th Skill Box drops.
